1. General Principles-
Fees paid for classes, workshops, or performances are primarily non-refundable, as they secure your seat and support institutional planning.-
Refunds are considered only under specific circumstances outlined below.
2. Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds may be granted in the following cases:-
Duplicate Payment: If a student accidentally pays twice for the same class or program.-
Technical Error: If a transaction fails due to payment gateway issues but the amount is debited.-
Institutional Cancellation: If Nrtyāñjali Kalānikētana cancels a scheduled class, workshop, or event without rescheduling.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:-
Student absence or withdrawal after registration.-
Partial attendance of classes or workshops.-
Change of mind after fee payment.-
Missed sessions due to personal reasons.
4. Refund Process-
Requests must be submitted in writing to nknbengaluru@gmail.com.
Proof of payment (transaction ID, receipt) must be provided.-
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method.
5. Transfer Option-
In certain cases, instead of a refund, fees may be adjusted/credited towards future classes, workshops, or performances.-
This option will be offered at the institution’s discretion.
